Master Claude Code Training Series
Make AI the one thing your competitors can’t copy.
Anyone can buy the same AI you can. Nobody can copy one that knows your business, runs on your data, and works the way your team works. The complete six-session program, recorded and yours the moment you start.

Finally your AI understands your business.
Most business owners are using AI wrong
Not because they picked the wrong tool. Because they started at the wrong end.
You open a chat, explain your business, get something useful. Tomorrow you explain it again. You are re-briefing a stranger every morning, and after six months you have not built anything. You have just typed a lot.
AI without systems does not give you automation. It gives you faster chaos.

The businesses getting real leverage started differently. They wrote down how the business works, put it where their AI could read it, then pointed it at real work. That order matters more than any tool choice, and it is the whole reason this program exists.
The AI is the top layer, not the foundation.
Skip the bottom two and the AI has nothing to stand on.
What this actually is

Last month I ran a private mastermind. Six sessions, 90 minutes each, every week, with a small group of business owners who paid $6,995 to be in the room.
I shared everything I had. What I run in my own business, what I was seeing work across our best clients, and where the real leverage was hiding. The group was small enough that I did not have to hold anything back, so I did not. No stone left unturned.
It became the highest rated program I have ever run.
You missed it.
There is no way around that, so I am not going to pretend otherwise.
Here is the good news: we recorded every second of it. Every session, every live build, every question asked in the room. That recording is what sits on this page, and you can start it today.
“Before this program I genuinely didn’t know what Claude Code was capable of. The best part was realising I could build something huge without any coding background. Going from not knowing this was even possible to having a real, working system for the business was an incredible experience.”

What you walk out owning
This is not a course you watch. Every session you build something.
A Business Brain
Your business written down once in systemHUB, so every AI in your company reads the same version. No more re-explaining on Monday what you explained on Thursday.
Your tools, connected
Your CRM, your task tool, your drive, your systems platform. Your AI reaches them directly, so it works from live data instead of guesses.
Skills your AI runs on command
Reusable instructions for the work you repeat. Draft a system, review one, convene a board of advisors on a decision. Built once, run forever.
Automations that run without you
Scheduled jobs that fire whether your laptop is open or not. A morning brief, a weekly digest, a chase-up nobody has to remember.
A dashboard on your real numbers
Your Critical Client Flow turned into five to seven numbers that tell you where the business is actually stuck, updated automatically.
A track for your team
Ten lessons, about three hours, written for someone who was never on the calls. You hand it over and they get their own AI running.
The six sessions
Six sessions, about 90 minutes each. Every one ends with something built, not something noted.

We start where everyone should and almost nobody does: context. You install your AI workspace, then build the Business Brain that everything else reads from.
- What AI already knows about your business, and what it is quietly making up
- Installing your workspace so your AI has a home on your machine
- Building the Business Brain: who you are, who you serve, how you run
- Choosing the one real challenge you’ll work on the whole way through
You leave with: a working AI workspace and a Business Brain your AI reads before it answers anything.
An AI that cannot reach your data is a very expensive notepad. This session connects it to the tools you already run on.
- The five ways to connect a tool, ranked easiest to hardest
- Connecting your CRM, task tool, calendar and drive
- Connecting your systems platform so your documented processes come live
- Indexing what you have, so your AI knows where everything lives
You leave with: your AI reading live data from the tools your business already uses.
A skill is just an SOP a machine can follow. Once you have a few, your AI stops being clever and starts being reliable.
- Turning a process you already run into a skill your AI executes
- Making it sound like you, not like a press release
- Drafting and reviewing systems properly, at speed
- Building a board of advisors you can convene on any decision
You leave with: several working skills of your own, running on command.
The step past running a skill is running it on a schedule. This is where the leverage stops being theoretical.
- Automating your daily brief so the day starts already sorted
- Making the invisible visible: an index of everything your AI runs
- Working out what is actually worth automating, and what is not
- Backing the whole setup up so you can never lose it
You leave with: at least one real automation running on a cadence, and a backup you can rebuild from.
When building takes an afternoon instead of a quarter, the scarce resource is no longer capability. It is knowing where to point it.
- Turning your Critical Client Flow into a live dashboard
- Reading five to seven numbers to find the real constraint
- Getting a stuck problem unstuck, with a method rather than a hunch
- Where the things you build can live so your team can reach them
You leave with: a dashboard on your own numbers, and one bottleneck named with evidence.
The last session has two halves: making software without being a developer, and handing all of this to someone else.
- Designing and building a real tool: a calculator, a dashboard, a quote builder
- Putting it live so your team or your clients can actually use it
- Your next 90 days, honestly scoped to where you actually are
- The team onboarding track, and the ground rules that keep everyone aligned
You leave with: your first working tool, a 90-day plan, and a track ready to hand to your first team member.
Nothing to work out from scratch

Every lesson ships with the prompt already written, attached to the lesson itself. Copy it, paste it, and it runs against your business. Same for the skills and automations: they arrive built, so your first win comes in the first session rather than three weeks in once you have finally worked out what to type.
The part nobody else gives you
Most AI training makes the owner better at AI. That is a new bottleneck, not a solution.
Here is the failure we designed against. You finish the program, you are the only one who can do any of it, and now every AI question in the business routes through you. You have not removed yourself from the daily grind. You have added to it.
So the program ships with a complete onboarding track for your team. Ten lessons, roughly three hours, written for a person who was never on a single call. You duplicate it into your own account, run two prompts that fill in your business details automatically, and hand it to one person.
One rule makes it work: one Business Brain, and everybody works from it. Personal setups stay personal. But nobody starts a second version of how the business runs, which is exactly how teams end up with five incompatible answers to the same question.
“The Business Brain brought a lot of alignment and clarity with our team. Already resulted in better decisions.”

“For me, it was making the invisible visible. The automation index showed me just how much I’d already built, around 60 automations, and gave me a clear view of the AI layer across the business. I’ve already seen one report go from 13 false alarms to just 3 genuine issues.”

“The moment everything clicked was connecting the dashboard exercise to real data. I pulled actual overdue tasks and found a pattern. That was the point systems thinking stopped being theory and became something I could point to with evidence.”

“Am I already behind?”
Not right now. But if you don’t start doing this, you will be.
That is the honest answer. The owners in the first cohort were not technical. They run building companies, kitchens, hearing clinics, demolition, solar, dental practices. Several had barely used AI beyond a chat window. One finished the program having built working software, having never written code.
What separated the ones who got the most out of it was not skill. It was starting, and then not stopping. The gap that matters is not between you and someone technical. It is between businesses where this is running and businesses where it is still an idea, and that gap widens every month.
You do not need to catch up. You need to begin.

You are not locked into one AI
Fair question to ask before you start: what happens if something better comes along next year?
Nothing much, is the honest answer. What you build here is not locked to one tool. The Business Brain is your business written down. Your systems are your systems. The skills are instructions in plain English. All of it is portable. More on why that matters: avoiding AI lock-in.
We teach it through Claude Code because it is the best tool for this today, and because you learn faster on something specific than on something generic. But the thinking underneath is tool agnostic, and the assets you walk away with plug into whatever you use next. Swap the engine, keep the car.
What it costs
$6,995 USD as delivered live to the first cohort
$1,995
USD, for the complete recorded program
All six sessions recorded in full, the workspace and skills pack, every lesson with its prompts attached, the team onboarding track, and the community behind it.
If you are weighing that up, the useful comparison is not against another course. It is against what one competent operations hire costs you in a year, and how much of your own week currently goes on work that should not need you.
Questions people asked before joining
No. The first cohort were builders, tradespeople, clinicians and consultants, not developers. You talk to your AI in plain English and it does the fiddly parts. One member built a working software tool during the program having never written a line of code.
Generic courses teach you prompts. This builds a permanent asset: an AI that knows your business, connected to your tools, running your work on a schedule, that your team can use after you. The difference shows up in month three, when a prompt library has gone stale and a Business Brain has kept working.
It helps, and it is not a prerequisite. Several members used the program to get their Critical Client Flow and core systems documented for the first time, using AI to move through it faster than doing it by hand. AI does not let you skip the foundations. It does make building them considerably quicker.
Six sessions of roughly 90 minutes each, plus the homework, which you do on your own business rather than on a case study. You set the pace. The members who got the most out of it treated the homework as the real work, because it was. You are building your actual setup, not practising on a sample.
All six session recordings, every written lesson with its prompts attached, the workspace and skills pack, and the ten lesson team onboarding track. It sits in your account permanently, so you can work through it at your own speed and come back to it. Several members said they planned to work through the whole thing a second time, more slowly, once the material had settled.
Yes, and it is built in. The program includes a ten lesson onboarding track written specifically for team members who were not on the calls. You duplicate it into your own account, customise it with two prompts, and hand it over. Your team works from the same Business Brain you built.

I’m David Jenyns
I systemised myself out of my own business, sold it, and then wrote the book on how to do it. SYSTEMology has since been read in more than 40 industries, and I have spent the years since helping owners get out of the daily grind.
I am not an AI person who discovered systems. I am a systems person who got obsessed with AI, and that order matters. Most AI training skips the foundations because foundations are boring. They are also the only reason any of this works.
I taught this program live, six sessions, to a room of business owners running building companies, clinics, trades and professional services. What you get is exactly what they got.
